What do you want to do the rest of your life and will running always be a part of that plan?
Tell me all about it! You can climb any mountain that you want to…so what’s your mountain?
Pikes Peak…yet more importantly, to help as many people get as healthy as possible by simply sharing all that I find out in the field of multi-dimensional, adaptive conditioning, athleticism, and mind-body training.
Good for you Mike! I hope you help a multitude of people.
I’m trying to start a small business that is running related. There is no way I can stay corporate for the rest of my working life! And I do plan to keep running untill they put me in a wheel chair!
I wish you the best of luck. Will help promote it too. Stay in touch and I hope you are very successful!
My mountain is Ironman Australia in May next year, something I have always wanted to do but never thought possible till now. Just started my training program and so very excited by it all! 🙂
I’m excited for you! I’ll follow your progress – love big goals! Prayers for injury free training and a very successful Ironman in May!
