Marathon Training…Bring It!

I have crossed a threshold and now am able to run 4 miles comfortably.  No more walking – unless its a warm up (half mile before) or cool down (half mile after run).

Now I feel I’m ready to begin training for the marathon.  So far this week with the warm ups and such I’ve clocked 17 miles and plan to do 10 more before the week is up.  It’s a great feeling to be able to run.  🙂
