Here is a teachers marathon training schedule for 1 month. She has qualified to run in the USA Olympic trials on January 14th in Houston. I found a thread online from her husband announcing she qualified.
Aside from the 2 runs per day, I also noticed there is also no rest day. As I mentioned before, this gal is a teacher too. How exciting!
The 2012 USA Olympic Marathon team trials will be on January 14th. More than 250 men and women have qualified thus far.
NBC will have coverage on January 14th, starting at 2:00 pm CT.
