She Eats healthy. Beyonce has 2 snacks each day in between her 3 meals, to keep her energy levels up. She eats fruit, oatcakes with cottage cheese, or yogurt-covered almonds. It’s important not to skip meals; She eats plenty of vegetables and fruit, whole grains, and two servings of fish each week.

She works out. Beyonce has a strenuous pace with dancing, singing, and touring. She works out five days a week and does 100 squats, 100 step-ups, and 100 walking lunges a day. She does circuit training, and runs two-and-a-half miles each day. If you enjoy running, this can be a great form of exercise.
So, get out there and be your own “rock star” – eating, training and doing all to keep self healthy and well. Then do something extraordinary for someone else. It’s all good!
Loved Beyonce’s performance! It was so high-energy. No way could I sing like that while pulling off all those crazy moves without losing my breath!!
