“Go…Go…Go!”

Did my run this morning  – 4 miles in 65 degree weather.  Sweet.  You’d think I’d run faster, but didn’t quite do that.  Here’s the data.

As I was finishing my 4th mile, a man in a pick up truck drove right along side of me waving his fist yelling “Go…Go…Go!”  It was just enough cheering to move me to pick up the last 2/10’s of the run from 12:00 pace  to 9:57 pace.  I will improve as I go.  It’s a great feeling to do more than before.  Will always push harder, reach higher and run farther…always.

Have a great night.
