Running Like Kelly Ripa

It’s not surprising that Fitness Magazine would talk to Kelly Ripa about her work out routine.  What some may not know though is that as part of such she runs 3-5 miles 5 days a week.  She also adds muscle toning exercises on alternating days.  Her average daily commitment is 2 hours.

I’m heading out this morning for a 4 mile run.  Should be a good one.  Below is Kelly running in New York’s Central Park.  I’ve run through that same area – twice.  Loved it!  Hope you have a great day today and even though it’s a Saturday…make it count!
